Backing a true community hub in the Scarborough Community and Sporting Club

Basil recently paid a visit to the Scarborough Community and Sporting Club, a proudly community-owned club offering something for everyone – from bowls, tennis and darts to pool tables, squash and a popular bistro.

Wholly owned by the club itself, it's a rare and valuable asset for the area, run by a passionate team dedicated to building genuine community connection through sport and social activity.

Basil said it was fantastic to see a club so committed to its members and its local community.
