Nominations are now open for the 2026 Community Citizen of the Year Awards

Auspire – Australia Day Council WA, presents the Community Citizen of the Year Awards in partnership with Local Government Authorities across the state.

Each year, the Community Citizen of the Year Awards provides the opportunity to acknowledge the contribution and celebrate community engagement of people within our local community. Community members in the Churchlands Electorate are encouraged to apply.

Nominations can be made in four categories:

·        Citizen of the Year

·        Young Citizen of the Year (16-30 years old)

·        Senior Citizen of the Year (over 65 years old)

·        Active Citizenship (Group/Event).

Nominations for the 2026 Awards are open now at www.citizenshipawards.com.au and officially close on 31 October 2025.
