2026 Australia Post Community Grants Program Now Open

Applications for the 2026 Australia Post Community Grants program are now open.

Community Grants of up to $10,000 are available for locally led and delivered projects that help people meaningfully connect and improve mental wellbeing outcomes in their community. For more than six years, the Australia Post Community Grants program has made a real difference in communities across Australia, supporting initiatives that strengthen social connection and promote positive mental wellbeing.

Australia Post also has a proud history of supporting communities during disasters, acting as a vital connector and provider of essential resources and support. This experience has reinforced the critical role that strong social connections and mental wellbeing play in community recovery.

In recognition of these ongoing needs, this year, they are again offering an additional $250,000 in grant funding to support projects that enhance mental wellbeing and build resilience in disaster-impacted communities.
