Congratulations to local builder, Tony Tomizzi on Residential Home of the Year win

Congratulations to Floreat local Tony Tomizzi for taking out the top honour in the Master Building Association annual awards. Tony Tomizzi Builders won for an opulent Dalkeith residence, which also won the category for contract homes priced from $4million to $6m.

Inspired by the timeless architecture of The University of Western Australia and Parliament House, the luxury Dalkeith residence was described by judges as flawless, with even the bolts along the roofline perfectly aligned. The home’s grand features include hand-laid Croatian stonework, meticulously finished interiors and a cutting-edge geothermal system providing efficient climate control for the home and pool.

Tony and his wife Nadine, along with their children, have worked tirelessly for more than 35 years to build quality custom homes with precision and efficiency, and they have won multiple awards. This is just another accolade to add to their already impressive credentials.
